Possible executions

• Manual gate: designed for manual operation and will be fitted with a Locinox Key-operated lock.
• Motorisable gate: designed for the subsequent installation of a motor. A gear rack is installed or supplied according to the width of the gate, and inspection plates are provided.
• Robusta motorisation is possible through collaboration with FAAC. Easy installation and connection are guaranteed. Specific executions on demand.
• Robusta motorisation - dead man key version: a gate with external motorisation, without safety devices and with a key switch. The lock post is always double-sided.
• Robusta motorisation - full automatic version: a gate with external motorisation. The motorized sliding gate is fully equipped and fitted with a motor. Once connected, your gate will be immediately ready to operate.

Guiding post

Guiding post with bridge type and upper guiding. Profile section of the post is 120 x 80 x 3 mm, 120 x 120 x 3 mm if height is bigger than 2 meters or if the length of the gate wing is 8 or 9 meters. Double-sided guiding ost is available as an option up to 9 meters and is standard from 9 meters onwards.

Rails: 
The standard rails are to be poured into the foundation. Can be reinforced by sliding in Ø12 mm round iron. Intensive passage of heavy traffic. Alternative can be I-iron (IPE80) with round iron Ø18 mm welded on top.

Gate wing

Frame constructed with an under beam 150x100x3 mm (> 3 meters to 9 meters), and 200x100x4 mm (>10 to 14 meters). The welded frame of 60 x 60 x 2 mm up to 9 meters and 100 x 100 x 3 mm from 9 to 14 meters. Bars infill are 25 x 25 x 1.5 mm, welded under 45° with a distance of 110 mm between the bars. Provided with an externally adjustable lock for the manual version (European cylinder 54 mm - 27/27). Dental strip for security available as an option from 2 meters hight onwards.

CE marked

Robusta manual and motorized sliding gates are CE marked according to the European regulation: construction products regulations (CPR) (EU-305/2011) and type tested according to standard en 13241-1 for industrial, commercial, garage doors and gates.

Coating technique and colours

• Coating

Robusta manual and motorized sliding gates are treated with the best coating techniques existing today: galvanized in and outside (minimum 275g/m², two sides combined). Finally, the gates are polyester coated (min. 100 microns).

• Colours

In total, Betafence offers six standards and one classic color (metallic coating).
Other colors are available on request.
